Benefits of Certification
What is the Certification Process?

Vetting
When a new application or contact form is submitted, a member of the TN-ARR Vetting & Outreach Committee will reach out with a call to welcome and connect with each new organization. After assuring each organization is appropriate for certification, the vetting representative will provide each applicant information on the next available work-group.

Social-Model Work Group
Since we stand the social-experiential model, we couldn't think of a better way to onboard new affiliates than a community based setting. New applicants and re-certifying affiliates alike join a weekly virtual work-group for 8 weeks to discuss the philosophy and application of the NARR 3.0 standards in their organizations. Ancillary to the community of like-minded operators, each organization will be assigned a certification partner from the TN-ARR certification committee to help them compose the necessary documents that support national standards and the residents that make up their respective communities.

On-Site Assesment
After the completion of the work-group and all documents are approved, a dedicated member of our expert On-Site Assessment team meets with each organization at their recovery residence(s) to ensure each environment offers a safe, supportive environment for recovery. This process ensures that every home in certified organization aligns with and support NARR standards.
