About
This professional certification program prepares recovery residence leaders to operate NARR-certified homes across Tennessee. The curriculum focuses on the practical application of social model recovery, trauma-informed care, and ethical leadership. Participants will study house operations, documentation standards, and crisis response strategies. By completing these ten modules and the final capstone, house managers gain the skills to maintain a safe, accountable, and supportive environment for individuals in long-term recovery. This learning series is made possible by our friends at Healing Appalachia. Copyright © 2026 Tennessee Alliance of Recovery Residences (TN-ARR). All Rights Reserved.
