Our Mission
To promote the highest quality recovery residence standards and ethics through a process of training,
certification, advocacy and mutual accountability to ensure the safety and integrity of recovery
residences across Tennessee as Tennessee’s official recovery housing certification organization and state
affiliate of the National Alliance For Recovery Residences.
Why Get Certified?
There's no substitute for experience, and a TN-ARR certification represents decades of recovery housing that has been distilled into the current Standards and Best Practices by the National Alliance of Recovery Residences. Even if a certification didn't come with a community of like-minded operators, ongoing training, educational opportunities, being listed on the affiliate directory and compliance with state law, it still offers residents who are seeking safe, supportive housing the best opportunity for life-long recovery.
